The work is installed held by wire from the ceiling.

This first iteration of the work (smaller in size) belongs to a private collection.
This second version: Emergency Blanket in a Bundle Part two was used in a performance at the closing of In the Flesh / En chair et en os exhibition.

Statement

The work is constructed in a bundled way, neutralizing the original function of the material. But it also carries different connotations linked to modernist sculpture. The work is light however it presents itself as solid and heavy.
