Still

2002-2006

This is a series of over thirty black and white photographs of Kleenex tissues. The photographs are meant to be shown as large prints (at least 3 x 5 feet).

Still is a body of photographs of tissues photographed to look monumental. The humble tissue paper is given a powerful formal presence. There is an elegance to the images. They evoke snow and ice formations.
