Mesh hangs from the ceiling from invisible wires, fine wires threaded through the mesh hang down two feet off the floor. The circular form remains open allowing the viewer to enter the work.

This work was the first one made in the Instant of Desire series. It refers to the artist’s last eight years of health problems, cancer et al. In a way the work is a sort of cri de guerre, a war cry  against death and illness, it is about the power that comes from making yourself vulnerable.
