Description

Léonie Bélanger and Laura Borello-Bellemare manipulate and wear the sculptural work I could eat you alive.

Statement

These series of images was brought upon the idea of having dancers/performers take my three-dimensional works and perform with them as a way to reconect the body, their bodies with the concepts behind each of the pieces.
In this case, this androgynous work that is implying that it can actually swallow their bodies whole is tamed and worn. At the same time, the piece is very heavy and difficult to handle.
