Description

Many eggshells are glued together to make a glove shape. The wristband of the glove is made of false-hair extensions. The work sits on the floor.

Statement

The large boxing glove is improbable, completely dysfunctional, surreal. Rather than being protective and resistant it is fragile. There is a sense of the grotesque in the combination of materials.
